investments support major initiatives over the long term as well as named and directed endowments such as
endowed lectures, International Visiting Scholorships (IVS), Women in Otolaryngology, Diversity, and
Resident and Future Leaders.

charitable gift of at least $1,000 to the Annual Fund or a charitable gift of at least $5,000 to the Hal Foster,
MD Endowment will automatically become part of the FOUNDATION’s Millennium Society. Members of
